Project description:Different gerbera hybrida flower organs including pappus bristles, stamen, early and late petal development and flower scape, were compared to a pooled reference sample to determine which genes are abundant for analyzed flower organs. Samples were pooled and three replicants that were independently labelled were included. All labellings/hybridizations included one dye swap technical repat.
