Project description:We detected BALF exosome-derived proteins from adult Scnn1b transgenic (Scnn1b-Tg+) and wild type (WT) mice. A total of 3144 and 3119 proteins were identified in BALF exosomes from Scnn1b-Tg+ and WT mice, respectively.
Project description:This study aimed to evaluate the change of liver status in the presence of hepatitis B viral proteins We evaluated the microRNA expression profiles of liver tissues of transgenic mices carrying wild type or mutant viral surface proteins
Project description:To characterize the differentially expressed microRNAs between APPswe/PS1deltaE9 transgenic mice cortex and normal wild type mice cortex We isolated APPswe/PS1delataE9 and wild type mice brain cortexes for microRNA sequencing.
Project description:Thymic microRNA expression profiles of wild type vs Tat-Transgenic mice Wild type vs HIV-1 Tat Transgenic mice - microRNA Expression: 3 Biological Replicates
Project description:T cell-specific over-expression of microRNA-181d reduced number of immature CD4+CD8+ thymocytes. Whole thymus tissues were isolated from the miR-181d transgenic (Tg-8) and miR-181d knockin (KI) mice, followed by total RNA isolation.
Project description:To characterize the differentially expressed microRNAs between APPswe/PS1deltaE9 transgenic mice cortex and normal wild type mice cortex
Project description:T cells specifically recognize an antigen with a T cell receptor (TCR) consisting of α- and β-chain. The transgenic 1D1a mice were generated on the genetic background of the B10.D2(R101) line and expressed in their T cells the α-chain TCR (TCRα) specific to the allogeneic MHC molecule Н2-Kb. To evaluate effects of TCRα transgenesis on the qualitative and quantitative composition of plasma proteins, comparative proteome analysis was performed for both female and male transgenic 1D1a and wild-type B10.D2(R101) mice aged 3-, 6-, and 12-months.
Project description:Microarray was performed to comprehensively examine microRNA induction in murine small intestine after exposure to total body g-irradiation. Small intestines were collected from Tlr3+/+ and Tlr3-/- mice at 0 and 6 hr after exposure to 10 Gy of total body g-irradiation. Samples were pooled from 3 mice. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to microRNA microarray analysis.
Project description:Expression profiles of MicroRNA and SiRNA of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 and transgenic plants with constitutive expression of the chimeric receptors NRG1 grown at different temperature To reveal the underlying molecular mechanism of de-cosuppression with memory by high temperature in Arabidopsis, we performed the expression profiles of microRNA and SiRNA in transgenic plants with constitutive expression of the chimeric receptors NRG1 and wide type Col-0 grown at different temperature using the Custom LC Sciences Arabidopsis microRNA and SiRNA array. Keywords: high temperature, de-cosuppression, MicroRNA, SiRNA
