Project description:To explore the potential involvement of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) oncogenesis, we conducted circRNA profiling in six pairs of human PDAC and adjacent normal tissue by microarray. Our results showed that clusters of circRNAs were aberrantly expressed in PDAC compared with normal samples, and provided potential targets for future treatment of PDAC and novel insights into PDAC biology. Analyze circular RNA expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by microarray platform.
Project description:To determine the circRNA expression profile in lung adenocarcinoma compared with adjacent normal tissues, we used circRNA microArray analysis form Arraystar to examine the expression of circRNAs in lung adenocarcinoma compared with adjacent normal tissues
Project description:The dysregulation of circular RNAs (circRNAs) has been implicated in the development and progression of papillary thyroid cancer (PTC). In this study, we analyzed the dysregulated circRNA profile using PTC tissues and matched adjacent normal tissues by RNA-seq.
Project description:In order to search for circRNA differentially expressed in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues, the cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues of 3 patients with colorectal cancer(TNM:ⅡB) were selected for circRNA microarray detection. Differentially expressed circRNAs were screened. Then qRT-PCR was used to verify.
Project description:Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been increasingly indicated to be important participants in the development and progression of various malignant tumors. In this study, we analyzed circRNA high-throughout sequencing from human bladder cancer tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues. Then we focused on the upregulated circRNAs and identified a novel circular RNA, hsa_circ_0008399 , as a new candidate circRNA derived from RBM2 gene. FISH assay has been proved that hsa_circ_0008399 mainly located in nucleus. Transcriptome analysis was performed to find the potential genes that could be regulated by hsa_circ_0008399.
Project description:Bladder cancer (BCa) is one of the most common genitourinary malignancies worldwide, with approximately 429,800 new cases and 165,100 deaths annually in the world. Recently, circular RNA (circRNA), a class of non-coding RNA generated from pre-mRNA back splicing, has emerged as crucial mediator in various tumor initiation and progression. To identify essential circRNA that involves in the progression of BCa, Next generation sequencing (NSG) was performed in four paired BCa tissues and normal adjacent tissues (NAT).
Project description:Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been increasingly indicated to be important participants in the development and progression of various malignant tumors. In this study, we re-analyzed circRNA high-throughout sequencing from human bladder cancer tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues. Then, we discover that a circRNA hsa_circ_0000591, named as circMGA, is significantly downregulated in bladder cancer. FISH assay has been proved that hsa_circ_0008399 mainly located in cytoplasm. Transcriptome analysis was performed to find the potential genes that could be regulated by circMGA.

Project description:Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for approximately 85% of lung cancers. Lymphatic metastasis serves as a predominant NSCLC metastatic route and an essential predictor of patient prognosis. Recently, circular RNA (circRNA) has emerged as critical mediator in various tumor initiation and progression. To identify essential circRNA that involves in the lymphatic metastasis of NSCLC, Next generation sequencing (NSG) was performed in 6 paired NSCLC tissues and normal adjacent tissues (NAT).
