Project description:To examine the effect of E2 treatment for the miRNA expression in human MCF-7 cells, MCF-7 cells were treated with or without E2 (100 nM) for 4 hr or 24 hr.
Project description:To examine the effect of E2 treatment for the miRNA expression, at 15 week old, female wiled type mice were ovariectomized, and after one week, estradiol (E2) was delivered at a concentration of 0.050 mg/kg body weight/day. 24 hours after chemical treatment, uteruses from mice treated with or without E2 were dissected.
Project description:To examine the effect of E2 treatment for the miRNA expression in human MCF-7 cells, MCF-7 cells were treated with or without E2 (100 nM) for 4 hr or 24 hr. Four group experiments; E2 (100 nM) treatment for 4 hr (MCF-7 E2 4h_1, MCF-7 E2 4h_2), vehicle (ethanol) treatment for 4 hr as Mock control (MCF-7 Mock1, MCF-7 Mock2), E2 (100 nM) treatment for 24 hr (MCF-7 E2 24h_1, MCF-7 E2 24h_2, MCF-7 E2 24h_3), vehicle treatment for 24 hr as Mock control (MCF-7 Mock_3, MCF-7 Mock_4, MCF-7 Mock_5).
Project description:We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression in mammary luminal cells C451A-ERα and WT female mice treated by E2 0.01 MG and E2 0.01 MG +Pg 1.5 MG during 21 days.

Project description:High glucose impairs the angiogenic activities of late endothelial precursor cells (EPC). We found that far infrared (FIR) treatment restored partially the activity of late EPC. However, the mechanisms are unclear. We applied microRNA expression microarrays to assess the microRNA expression profiles of high glucose-treated late EPC with or without FIR treatment.
Project description:total RNA from mouse (male c57BL/6) spleen labeled with Cy3 vs total RNA from mouse (male c57BL/6) B cells treated with Prostaglandin E2 labeled with Cy5- time course with repeats Keywords: ordered
Project description:The transcription factor GATA-1, EKLF and NF-E2 promotes erythroid differentition by regulating their target genes, however, the intricate interplays between these key TFs and microRNA genes are largely unknown. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) of GATA-1, EKLF and NF-E2 together with microRNA genomic promoter profiling by ChIP-on-chip analysis demonstrated that GATA-1, EKLF and NF-E2 collaborately regulate a series of microRNA genes.
