Project description:Salicibibacter kimchii gen. nov., sp. nov., a moderately halophilic and alkalitolerant bacterium in the family Bacillaceae, isolated from kimchi
Project description:This project is a proteomic comparison of Hyphomicrobium sp. MC8b grown with dichloromethane or with methanol. The datasets were obtained using the annotated genome of Hyphomicrobium sp. MC8b.
Project description:Aestuariibacter halophilus strain JC2043, a Gram-negative gammaproteobacterium, is often used as a reference organism for assigning taxonomy within the family Alteromonadaceae. Isolates of this species have also been investigated for compound degradation (e.g., phthalates and oil) and biofilm association. Presented here is the draft genome sequence of A. halophilus strain JC2043.
Project description:Investigation of whole genome gene expression level in motile strain of Sphingomonas. sp A1 All flagellar genes in motile strain of Sphingomonas. sp A1 are highly transcribed.
Project description:Many Arcobacter spp. are free living and are routinely recovered from marine environments. Arcobacter halophilus was isolated from hypersaline lagoon water in the Hawaiian islands, and it was demonstrated to be an obligate halophile. This study describes the complete whole-genome sequence of the A. halophilus type strain, CCUG 53805 (= LA31BT = ATCC BAA-1022T).
Project description:This project is a proteomic comparison of Microbacterium sp. Viu2A exposed to 10 µM nitrate uranyl versus control condition without uranyl. Three sampling time points (30 min, 4h and 24h) were analyzed. The proteomics datasets were obtained using a protein database derived from the Microbacterium sp. Viu2A complete genome.
