Project description:The treatment of Plutella xylostella and Spodoptera litura with spore suspensions of Cordyceps fumosorosea showed high lethal effect on Plutella xylostella and poor lethal effect on Spodoptera litura. Therefore, the epiderms of the two insects were immersed in the spore suspensions of the strains and the mycelia were filtered out for protein sequencing.
Project description:This study intends to explore the clinicopathological characteristics and survival prognosis of locally recurrent colorectal cancer patients with different treatment modes by retrospectively analyzing the medical records of locally recurrent colorectal cancer patients who received hospitalization in our center. Transcriptome sequencing and public databases were used to screen for molecular markers related to locally recurrent colorectal cancer and to explore molecular markers’ regulatory role in the progression of locally recurrent colorectal cancer.
Project description:To investigate gene expression differences of different tylosin high-producing strains, transcriptomes of three tylosin high-producing engineered strains (TLPH08-2, TLPH11 and TLPH17) and the vector control strain TLSET152 were analyzed by RNA-Seq. Different strains (TLSET152, TLPH08-2, TLPH11 and TLPH17) were harvested at 96 h of fermentationat and then RNA isolation, transcriptome sequencing and data analysis were conducted.
