Project description:Over 8000 high-qualified CD45IV-DAPI-CD45+ dura cells were sorted for single cell RNA sequencing; 13 cell populations were identified, Including T cells, B cells ,NK cells, monocytes, erythroid cells, and progenitors.
Project description:To further elucidate molecular differences in immune cells and identify potential sources of Vegfa in response to photothrombotic injury, we performed single-cell RNA-sequencing of CD45+ cells isolated from the mouse dura mater or brain after photothrombotic injury.
Project description:We performed single cell RNA sequencing on peripheral blood leukocytes from BALB/c mice and IL1rn-deficient mice treated with vehicle or rapamycin
Project description:We used single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize the heterogeneity of circulating leukocytes in dogs, then employed the dataset to investigate how primary osteosarcoma (OS) tumors impacted circulating leukocytes.
Project description:The dura mater hosts a rich population of B cell progenitors, yet its capacity to sustain B cell development during systemic lymphopenia remains unclear. Using Trypanosoma brucei infection, which induces peripheral B cell depletion, we demonstrate that the murine dura mater maintains intact B cell lymphopoiesis independently of bone marrow and spleen. We performed a comparative single cell transcriptomic profiling of the calvaria bone marrow, femur bone marrow, and dura mater from naive and Trypanosoma brucei-infected female mice. The sequencing rendered high quality data from the calvaria bone marrow and the dura mater, but the femur bone marrow failed to generated reliable data and was thus excluded from downstream analyses. This data is single-cell RNA sequencing using Parse Biosciences Evercode Whole Transcriptome combinatorial barcoding
Project description:To further elucidate fundamental molecular differences between dura mater and brain ECs, we performed RNA-sequencing of primary dura mater or brain ECs isolated from adult mice
