Project description:Limosilactobacillus reuteri strain VHProbi E18 is a Chinese commercial lactic acid bacterium with several probiotic functions. Here, we report the whole-genome sequence of this bacterium. The whole-genome sequencing yielded a 2,040,678-bp genome and 2,015 protein-coding genes.
Project description:The probiotic strain of Limosilactobacillus reuteri VHProbi M07 was isolated from fresh breast milk. Here, we report the whole-genome sequence of this strain. The whole genome comprised 2,041,530 bp with a GC content of 38.89%.
Project description:Bacteria that live in the acidic environment face number of growth-related challenges from the intracellular pH changes. In order to survive under acidic environment, Lactic acid bacteria must employ multiple genes and proteins to regulate the relative pathways.

Project description:Limosilactobacillus reuteri is a beneficial bacterium that inhabits the gastrointestinal tract of different mammals. Diverse beneficial effects have been attributed to specific strains, in part mediated by the production of reuterin. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of L. reuteri INIA P572, a reuterin-producing strain isolated from pig feces.
