Project description:In this project are deposited the raw files of gills samples extracted individually from three adult male specimens of seahorse Hippocampus reidi
Project description:This study predicted flux differences between brown and white adipocytes by integrating the results of extracellular flux analyzers, such as the Seahorse Analyzer, with metabolic modeling. The microarrays of the individuals' preadipocytes were used to support the predictions. These are the same individuals who were assayed by microarray in GSE68544.

Project description:Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) has a large (~2.7 Gbp) allotetraploid genome with closely related component genomes making its genome very challenging to assemble. Here we report genome sequences of its diploid ancestors (A. duranensis and A. ipaënsis). We show they are similar to the peanutâs A- and B-genomes and use them use them to identify candidate disease resistance genes, create improved tetraploid transcript assemblies, and show genetic exchange between peanutâs component genomes. Based on remarkably high DNA identity and biogeography, we conclude that A. ipaënsis may be a descendant of the very same population that contributed the B-genome to cultivated peanut. Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing of the peanut species Arachis duranensis and Arachis ipaensis.
Project description:Using lentivirus infection PDAC cells to construct PC stably knocking down cell lines and detecting its effect on PDAC progression in vivo and vitro. RNA-sequencing analysis on PC knocked down in PDAC cells and the results were verified by RT-qPCR. Seahorse XF flux analyzer used to analyze mitochondrial oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) changed with or without metformin. The therapeutic efficiency of metformin combined with PC interference in PDAC were evaluate in vitro.
