Project description:The 1 Mb tiling array was used to represent the 10.0 Mb to 11.0 Mb region of japonica rice Chromosome 10. A tile path was designed with 36-mer probes at a step of 5 nt. All 388,994 probes were retained and synthesized into a single array. This array was hybridized to the cDNA target used for the full-genome tiling array as well as targets prepared from non-coding RNA sample I and II. Keywords: noncoding RNA
Project description:Bladder cancer tissue from 11 patients diagnosed as superficial and muscle invasive and 7 normal bladder mucoa were analyzed by protein antibody array kit with 656 antibodies
Project description:Analysis of RNA Polymerase II transcription factor binding using Affymetrix genome tiling array. Examined RNA Polymerase II RNAP chromatin immunoprecipitated (ChIP) DNA from HL-60 cells stimulated with retinoic acid for 0, 2, 8, or 32 hours. Keywords: other
Project description:modENCODE_submission_458 This submission comes from a modENCODE project of Robert Waterston. For full list of modENCODE projects, see http://www.genome.gov/26524648 Project Goal: Our experiments are designed to detect all C. elegans transcripts by hybridizing RNA to commerically available genome tiling arrays. To maximize the chances of detecting rare transcripts with limited expression in specific cells, we are extracting RNA from selected embryonic cells isolated by FACS and from postembryonic cells by use of the mRNA tagging method. For data usage terms and conditions, please refer to http://www.genome.gov/27528022 and http://www.genome.gov/Pages/Research/ENCODE/ENCODEDataReleasePolicyFinal2008.pdf Keywords: Transcript tiling array analysis
