Project description:To investigate the effect the small molecule CTT251236 has on gene expression in HeLa cells following 8 hours and 24 hours of treatment We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of solvent treated cells (control) and cells treated for 8 hours and for 24 hours. Each condition was performed in triplicate.
