Project description:We present a genome assembly from an individual female Acronicta aceris (the sycamore; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Noctuidae). The genome sequence is 466 megabases in span. The complete assembly is scaffolded into 32 chromosomal pseudomolecules, with the W and Z sex chromosome assembled.

Project description:We present a genome assembly from an individual male Acronicta psi (the Grey Dagger; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Noctuidae). The genome sequence is 405 megabases in span. The whole assembly is scaffolded into 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the assembled Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.4 kilobases long.
