Following normalization, hierarchical clustering analyses were presented as a heatmap (Figure 2A; Supplemental Figure 4), illustrating significant differences between the mTOR activated MVPC and normal controls. Interestingly, mTOR activated MVPC patterns of gene expression overlapped approximately 33% with the fetal lung MVPC
