A customized bovine Combimatrix microarray containing 10,199 genes were constructed, and transcripome of longissimus dorsi muscle was compared between Korean cattle bulls (3 bulls) and steers (3 high-marbled and 3 low-marbled steers) by using the microarray hybridzation.
Project description:Here we present molecular mechanisms of Korean red ginseng (KRG) on immobilization stresses Keywords: stress response Mice were divided into three groups (3 mice / group): control, stress + no treat, and stress + Korean Red Ginseng (KRG, 100 mg). Stress + KRG group were given KRG 100 mg orally for 7 days and then exposed to immobilization stress for 45 min. stress + no treat group were administrated with phosphate buffer saline (d-PBS, pH 7.4) together with IMO stress for 45 min.

Project description:This repository contains Waters .raw files from the manuscript entitled "Discovery of megapolipeptins by genome mining of a Burkholderiales bacteria collection". The dataset contains positive and negative MS data for megapolipeptin A and B, as well as the positive MS data for the methyl ester derivatives of the two molecules. All data were aquired on a SYNAPT G2-Si in MSe mode.
