Pervasive lesion segregation shapes cancer genome evolution


ABSTRACT: Liver cancer is one of the most prevalent and lethal human cancers. Mouse models of cancer are instrumental in the understanding of disease and the development of new treatments for patients. In this project we compare similarity of chemically induced liver cancers in rodents.
