Single cell analysis of the transcriptomes during neuronal differentiation

ABSTRACT: In this study we are investigating transcriptome changes on single cell level during differentiation of mouse embrionic stem cells towards neurons. Population level analysis results in avarage values of expression between cells, it occludes potential subpopulation and intermediate states. We are performing sigle cell experiments to understand differentiation process in greater detail then it was done till now.
