Dynamic Equilibrium of human ESC populations
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: ES cells grown in culture are heterogeneous with respect to their transcriptional profiles, their methylation landscape and, functionally, their potency. This study is investigating overall changes in transcriptional landscape of ES cells upon overexpression of epigenetic regulators which can indicate a shift in the distribution of subpopulations.Epigenetic regulators are expressed in human embryonic stem cells, and their effect on the transcriptional landscape is analysed. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
