ZF adult transcriptome

ABSTRACT: Total RNA was extracted from adult male and female zebrafish. Illumina cDNA libraries were prepared from polyA+ RNA and sequenced using Illumina HiSeq paired-end sequencing. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
