ABSTRACT: Using comparative genomic hybridization we examined the genome content of 30 isolates of E. coli and Shigella to determine the relative location of E. coli isolates from the human neobladder Isolates were included in the study that represent the prototype strains of multiple pathovars. No replicates were included in the final comparisons

The replacement of the bladder with a neobladder made from ileal tissue is the prescribed treatment in some cases of bladder cancer or trauma.
