Tiled Array Experiment of Murine Gammaherpesvirus 68 Transcripts Upon TPA-Stimulated Reactivation From Latency


ABSTRACT: Murine A20 B cells harboring latent MHV68 were treated with TPA and RNA expression was examined over a 24 hour timecourse experiment. Study includes 4 samples- an untreated sample and reactivation samples isolated at 6, 12, and 24 hours after treatment of a latent MHV68+ B cell line with TPA.

We applied a custom tiled microarray to examine murine gammaherpesvirus 68 (MHV68) polyadenylated transcript expression in a time course of de novo infection of fibroblast cells and following phorbol ester-mediated reactivation from a latently infected B cell line.
