DNA methylation in Hippocampus across Alzheimer Braak Stages

ABSTRACT: Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal and different Alzheimer Braak stages samples. The Illumina Infinium 27k Human DNA methylation Beadchip v1.2 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 27,000 CpGs. Samples included 5 controls, 5 Braak stage I-II, 5 Braak stage III-IV and 5 Braak stage V-VI. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 20 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 27k Human Methylation Beadchip v1.2.
