Whole genome sequencing of VMA11 deletion strain derived fluconazole adaptors in Candida albicans
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Candida albicans strains SC5314 and YJB-T1891 were used as wild type to delete VMA11. The deletion strains (TJ926 and TJ927) were spread on YPD plate supplemented with 1μg/ml fluconazole. Randomly 96 adaptors derived from TJ926 and 96 adaptors derived from TJ927 were tested with disk diffusion assay. Among the resistant adaptors, randomly 15 adaptors (A4-A18) and 48 adaptors (A19-A66) derived from TJ926 were sequenced.
