Comparative RNA-seq Analysis of Y79 Retinoblastoma Cells: Evaluating the Impact of SNAT8 Gene Overexpression and Amino Acid Starvation

ABSTRACT: Retinal Y79 cell lines used as the experimental model to investigate the impact of SNAT8 overexpression. Gene differentiation was examined in Normal RPMI 1640 medium. Another analysis of the SNAT8 overexpression affect in Starvation medium (EBSS) deprived of glutamine against a control medium (EBSS supplemented with glutamine).
