ChIP-seq across 4 Transcription Factors and 3 time-points in 10 Drosophila crosses of inbred lines

ABSTRACT: Collection of Chip-Seq experiments during Drosophila Melanogaster embryogenesis assessing the binding of: Twist (Sandmann et al. 2007) at 2-4h , Mef2 (Sandmann et al. 2006) at 6-8h and 10-12h, Biniou (Jakobsen et al. 2007) at 6-8h and 10-12h and CTCF (R. Reinkawitz's lab) at 6-8h. ChIP-seq was performed on embryos from 8 F1 and 2 parental lines (VGN and DGRP-399), each in two biological replicates. 6 conditions x 10 lines x 2 replicates = 120 samples in total. For each time-point and line inputs are included 3 time-points x 10 lines = 30 inputs.
