RNA-Seq data - Comparative transcriptomics of B cell transdifferentiation in human and mouse
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Exogenous overexpression of CEBPA transcription factor induces transdifferentiation from pro B cells into functional macrophages. Here we analyzed the gene expression along transdifferentiation process in human and mouse. Following the original reports (Bussmann et al. 2009; Rapino et al. 2013), human cells were collected at 12 time points during a seven-day period, and mouse cells at 10 time points during a three-day period. Total polyadenylated RNA was extracted from these cells and very deeply sequenced using the Illumina platform.
