The decrease of antibody efficacy to mutated SARS-CoV-2 spike RBD explains the breakthrough infections and reinfections by Omicron variants. Here, we analyzed broadly neutralizing antibodies isolated from long-term hospitalized convalescent patients of early SARS-CoV-2 strains.
