LiNbO<sub>3</sub>-type ferroelectric oxides, as an important class of non-centrosymmetric compounds, have received great attention due to their important and rich properties. Although oxygen vacancies are widely present, studies of them in LiNbO<sub>3</sub>-type ferroelectric oxides are rare.
