Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome (DDMS) is a rare neurological anomaly encompassing clinical features of seizures, contralateral hemiparesis, facial asymmetry, and intellectual dysfunction. Radiographic findings include cerebral hemiatrophy and ipsilateral calvarial thickening.
