The nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) tolfenamic acid (TA), previously thought to be dimorphic, is demonstrated to have at least five polymorphs. The new forms were uncovered through the emerging screening technique of polymer-induced heteronucleation (PIHn).
