ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(15)H(12)Cl(2)N(2)O(2), the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 6.3?(2)°. The mol-ecule adopts an E configuration with respect to the C=N bond. An intra-molecular O-H?O hydrogen bond is observed. In the crystal structure, the mol-ecules are linked through inter-molecular N-H?O and C-H?O hydrogen bonds to form chains running along [101].
