Project description:The title compound, C13H16N4O3S2·H2O, crystallizes in a 'folded' conformation with the ester group lying over the carbamoyl moiety, with one solvent water mol-ecule. The mol-ecular conformation is stabilized by an intra-molecular C-H?O hydrogen bond, and an N-H?O hydrogen-bonding inter-action involving the lattice water mol-ecule. The packing involves N-H?N, N-H?O, O-H?N and O-H?O hydrogen bonds and consists of tilted layers running approximately parallel to the c axis, with the ester groups on the outer sides of the layers and with channels running parallel to (101).

Project description:In the title compounds, C11H12N6OS (I) and C10H11N7OS (II), the di-amino-pyrimidine ring makes dihedral angles of 71.10?(9)° with the pyridine ring in (I) and 62.93?(15)° with the pyrazine ring in (II). The ethanamine group, -CH2-C(=O)-NH- lies in the plane of the pyridine and pyrazine rings in compounds (I) and (II), respectively. In both compounds, there is an intra-molecular N-H?N hydrogen bond forming an S(7) ring motif and a short C-H?O inter-action forming an S(6) loop. In the crystals of both compounds, mol-ecules are linked by pairs of N-H?N hydrogen bonds, forming inversion dimers with R22(8) ring motifs. In (I), the dimers are linked by N-H?O and N-H?N hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to (1[Formula: see text] [Formula: see text]). The layers are linked by offset ?-? inter-actions [inter-centroid distance = 3.777?(1)?Å], forming a three-dimensional supra-molecular structure. In (II), the dimers are linked by N-H?O, N-H?N and C-H?O hydrogen bonds, also forming a three-dimensional supra-molecular structure.

Project description:In the title mol-ecule, C21H20N2O3S, the styryl and ester substituents are displaced to opposite sides of the plane of the pyridine ring. In the crystal, C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds form chains extending parallel to the a-axis direction, which pack with partial inter-calation of the styryl and ester substituents. A Hirshfeld surface analysis indicates that the most significant contributions to the crystal packing are from H⋯H (43.6%), C⋯H/H⋯C (15.6%), O⋯H/H⋯O (14.9%) and N⋯H/H⋯N (11.2%) contacts.

The angle between the mean planes of the triazole ring and the sulfur heterocycle is 53.3?(1)°. In the crystal, inter-molecular C-H?O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules in a stacked arrangement along the a axis.

Project description:The title compound, C18H16N2O3S, was synthesized by reaction of 2-mercapto-3-phenyl-quinazolin-4(3H)-one with ethyl chloro-acetate. The quinazoline ring forms a dihedral angle of 86.83?(5)° with the phenyl ring. The terminal methyl group is disordered by a rotation of about 60° in a 0.531?(13): 0.469?(13) ratio. In the crystal, C-H?O hydrogen-bonding inter-actions result in the formation of columns running in the [010] direction. Two parallel columns further inter-act by C-H?O hydrogen bonds. The most important contributions to the surface contacts are from H?H (48.4%), C?H/H?C (21.5%) and O?H/H?O (18.7%) inter-actions, as concluded from a Hirshfeld analysis.
