<h4>Purpose</h4>To determine, by molecular imaging, how in vivo pharmacodynamics of estrogen-estrogen receptor (ER) binding differ between types of standard endocrine therapy.<h4>Experimental design</h4>The ER has been a highly successful target for breast cancer treatment.
