2-Amino-N-[3-(2-chloro-benzo-yl)-5-ethyl-thio-phen-2-yl]acetamide.

ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(15)H(15)ClN(2)O(2)S, the 2-amino-acetamide N-C(=O)-C-N unit is approximately planar, with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.020?(4)?Å. The central thio-phene ring makes dihedral angles of 7.84?(11) and 88.11?(11)°, respectively, with the 2-amino-acetamide unit and the 2-chloro-phenyl ring. An intra-molecular N-H?O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by an N-H?O hydrogen bond and weak C-H?O inter-actions into a chain along the c axis. A C-H?? inter-action is also present.
