<h4>Purpose</h4>We present a novel minimally invasive technique for lumbopelvic instrumentation in selected elderly patients suffering from traumatic sacrolisthesis. An 82-year-old female suffered from sacrolisthesis after a fall. She developed significant low back pain and bilateral lower extremity radiculopathy.
