MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small, noncoding RNAs that function by regulating gene expression post-transcriptionally. Alterations in miRNA expression can strongly influence cellular physiology. Here we demonstrated cross-regulation between two components of the RNA interference (RNAi) machinery in human cells.
