ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C13H9ClN2O, the dihedral angle between the acrylo-nitrile C=C-CN plane and the quilonine ring system is 71.3?(2)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by O-H?N hydrogen bonds, forming chains along [01-1]. The chains are linked into a three-dimensional network through C-H?N inter-actions.
