Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the major microvascular diseases and most common in diabetic patient, finally results in kidney failure. The main features of DN are basement membrane thickening, microalbuminuria, proteinuria, glomerular, mesangial hypertrophy and ECM protein accumulation.
