ABSTRACT: We have developed an amplified chemiluminescence turn-on sensing platform that relies on single-walled carbon nanotubes for ultrasensitive DNA detection. This new type of assay exhibits higher detection sensitivity over traditional biosensors by three orders of magnitude and high specificity for the target molecules.
