In the title compound, C14H11Cl2NO, the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 15.36 (8)°. A phenol-imine-type intra-molecular O-H⋯N hydrogen bond generates an S(5) ring motif. In the crystal, a pair of weak C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds form an R 2 (1)(7) ring motif involving glide-plane-related mol-ecules.
