Parkinson׳s disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder. The exact cause of selective dopaminergic neurodegeneration is unknown, but it is supposed that etiology of Parkinson׳s disease is multifactorial and consists of an interaction between environmental factors and genetic predisposition.
