Complete Genome Sequences of Three Clinical Isolates of Dengue Virus Serotype 1 from South Korean Travelers.

ABSTRACT: In this study, we report the complete genome sequences of three clinical isolates of dengue virus serotype 1 isolated from South Korean travelers returning from different countries in Southeast Asia. The nucleotide sequence identities ranged from 91.5 to 92.2%, while the amino acid sequence identities ranged from 97.5 to 97.9% among the three clinical isolates.
