Cytosolic delivery of large proteins using nanoparticle-stabilized nanocapsules.


ABSTRACT: We report an effective intracellular delivery strategy for proteins of high molecular weight using AuNP stabilized capsules. This strategy provides direct delivery to the cytosol, avoiding endosomal entrapment.
