Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced RIP1/RIP3 (receptor-interacting protein kinase 1/receptor-interacting protein kinase 3)-mediated necroptosis has been proposed as an alternative strategy for treating apoptosis-resistant leukemia.
