<h4>Objective</h4>Investigated the effect and mechanism of ascorbic acid on the development of porcine embryos produced by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT).<h4>Methods</h4>Porcine embryos were produced by SCNT and cultured in the presence or absence of ascorbic acid.
