Nonvolatile organic field-effect transistor (OFET) memory devices based on pentacene/<i>N</i>,<i>N</i>'-ditridecylperylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (P13)/pentacene trilayer organic heterostructures have been proposed.
