<b>Purpose:</b><i>MUC1</i>, an oncogene overexpressed in multiple solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, reduces overall survival and imparts resistance to radiation and chemotherapies. We previously identified that MUC1 facilitates growth-promoting metabolic alterations in pancreatic cancer cells.
