Statistical methodologies, including Plackett-Burman design and Box-Behnken design, were employed to optimize the fermentation conditions for the production of active substances against aquatic pathogen <i>Vibrio harveyi</i> by marine-derived <i>Aspergillus flavipes</i> strain HN4-13.
