The miRNAs play important regulating roles in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). To uncover key regulating miRNAs in HCC that were neglected by traditional analyzing methods of transcriptomics data, we proposed a novel molecular-network-based omics' (MNBO) method.
