Dedicator-of-cytokinesis 8 (DOCK8) deficiency, a primary immunodeficiency disease, can be reversed by allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT); however, there are few reports describing the use of alternative donor sources for HSCT in DOCK8 deficiency.
