<h4>Background</h4><i>Chromosome 16 open reading frame 74</i> (<i>C16orf74</i>) is highly expressed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and is involved in cancer cell proliferation and invasion through binding to calcineurin (CN).
